Anna Maria has been practising forensic accounting for over a decade. Primarily based in Toronto, she has conducted engagements across the United States of America, Asia and the Caribbean. She has extensive experience in investigations, anti-bribery and corruption, dispute advisory and data analytics across a broad range of industries, including government and not-for-profit organizations. Anna Maria served as a university instructor for several years teaching intermediate accounting and auditing. She has authored several articles and regularly develops training materials for clients and organizations. In 2015 she was recognized by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) with a Standing Ovation Award in Forensic and Valuation Services. She currently serves as a commissioner for the AICPA’s National Accreditation Commission.
